For some reason, I find myself month after month searching for ways to trim down the size of the newsletter. In fact, it's all I can do to keep it at or under 16 pages because so many good things are happening in our church.

Welcome all to February, a month filled with celebrations of love, history and birthdays. Of course, most of us know, or at least should know, that February is the month for love. And February 14th is the day we celebrate Valentine's Day. Whatever you do, don't forget to remember someone special on Valentine's Day.

I honestly don't know where time goes nor do I understand why it seems to zip by faster and faster with each passing year. All I know is we are embracing yet another year (I recently heard the term 2K10 used as another way of saying 2010...not sure but that sounds like mosquito deterrent to me), the beginning of another decade, and another period of faith opportunities for our growing EHUMC family.
