Welcome all to February, a month filled with celebrations of love, history and birthdays. Of course, most of us know, or at least should know, that February is the month for love. And February 14th is the day we celebrate Valentine's Day. Whatever you do, don't forget to remember someone special on Valentine's Day.

Did you know February is also the month when Black History is celebrated? Amir Zaheri, our Director of Music and Worship Arts, has put together an amazing schedule of talented musicians and artists to help celebrate and better understand the rich history of our brothers and sisters.

And February is also the month when we celebrate President's Day. This occasion offers a great opportunity to reflect on the many sacrifices and obstacles our nation's leaders have overcome in order that we may all live in the freest country in the world.

February also marks the beginning of Lent (ASH Wednesday is February 17th). Are you prepared to embark upon this introspective period prior to the Easter celebration?
