Embry Hills Preschool & Kindergarten

Celebrating 60 Years as a Certified Program of Excellence for Young Children!

Thank you for your interest in our preschool and kindergarten program! We believe that children truly are a gift from God. It is the goal of our staff to meet the needs of each individual student. Please feel free to call our office or email if you have any questions.

Our School

Embry Hills Preschool
& Kindergarten was established in 1964. Our program is a ministry of Embry Hills United Methodist Church. Students in our program flourish in a loving Christian environment. Our school day is from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The school year begins the first week of September and continues through the third week of May.

Our Philosophy

Our goal is to meet each student's needs. We want to nurture the whole child in the areas of physical, intellectual, social, emotional, and spiritual development. Our teachers are professionally trained and experienced, loving adults. All teachers and assistants stay up to date with continuing education opportunities and are certified in CPR and Safe Sanctuary.

Our Curriculum

Our curriculum, the Total Program for the Total Child, is designed
to give children a variety of experiences in math, science, social studies, language arts, music, art, religion, health, and physical education. We also offer opportunities for dance and soccer instruction, library time, and creative movement from local community organizations.
